Planes are his thing, just like cars are my thing (I'm sure you guys can relate). If I were THAT rich, I'd probably build a track on my property and have millions of dollars of cars... not a big difference from what we're seeing in those pics.
On a different note, it looks like the airstrip is shared with his neighbors... can anyone verify that?

Near lavish Ocala, FL. In the middle of nowhere. Trust me, this is something he's passionate about, not a cry for attention. If it was, he'd plop this thing in the middle of LA somewhere.
