I HATE Car Alarms!
We've got this new douchebag that's moved in across the street from our house and evidently he's got a POS minivan with a waaaay too sensitive car alarm.
This f'ers alarm has gone on and off in ~2hr intervals for the past 2 weeks. I've called the cops to no avail. I'm at my wits end and I can't seem to find the owner of this car. I'm assuming he lives across the street from me as he parks his car on that side.
Last night, the damn alarm went off at 2:00am, 4:30am and 6:00am. I want to take a baseball bat to his car.
So far, I've called the cops and have written a note and left on the car. Let's see if this clues in the jackass to fix his alarm.
I'm desperate for some undisturbed sleep.
Any other *legal* suggestion on what I can do?

If you're in city limits, if you submit enough noise complaints the offending car can eventually be ticketed and towed. Maybe you should offer to help the guy adjust his sensitivity too. If you take a baseball bat to the van, the alarm will just go off again.

"Jewish lightning," is a term used when something bad (such as a fire) happens to an establishment or any other insured object. It goes up in smoke and you collect the insurance money.
I realize this isn't his vehicle, so maybe the preferred term is.... arson? lol.
