were u speeding? if yes then pay the fine and deal with it
if no, then u could contest it but is it worth ur time? if yes contest it.
if no then leave it the fark alone, pay the fine and drive slower next time.

It is every citizen's right to plead not guilty. The question is, are you guilty or not? Can you swear on a bible, or otherwise affirm that you were not speeding? If yes, then go to court and speak before a justice. If you were speeding, then as others have said, bear the consequences and pay the fine.
