in the state of CA?? also, are there differences between point from accidents vs. points from moving violations, in terms of how long they stay on your record??

yup. got 2 speeding tics in less than a month. obviously, i can only take traffic school for one of them... ironic thing is that i was driving my bmw both times and was not driving anywhere near as fast as i would go in my s2k.
