Default How did you climb out of the lowest point in your life?

I am curious on the various stories that people have on here. I guess everyone has had a lowest point in their life up till now. What caused it? How did you climb out?

A girl. The next day went over to her house and spray painted it! Feeling better now. That was 18 years ago

day by day, just put out some effort and you will see results.

worst week of my life, bought a new dirtbike, crashed my car, sold new bike to pay for car, then broke my collarbone the nextday snowboarding, then picked up my car and got stuck 1/2 home in a snow storm in Colorado and had to get a hotel room. A bottle of jack helped me that night, but that is never the answer.........

Worst day of my life is when I saw my uncle die in my mothers arms, I was 7 when that happened.

It all depends on what your worst is. Look around and then you won't feel so bad.
Lost my wife of 19 years to cancer. To get out of that dark abyss, I had to stop living my life as a widower and see it as a chapter in my life and not the end of the story. Close that chapter and start a new one. Take another path if the one you are on isn't taking you where you want to go. Only you can write the script to your life and make these choices.
