I LIKE!!

 

All the US major airlines have similar (bad) customer service. I had trouble with Continental and had several long conversations with the folks there. I was mad and said something about canceling my onepass and the package that I recently bought (upgrades, etc.) Then, their tone got softer/friendlier. I understand it's a tough business but these days unless you're flying first and a premier member, you can forget about being treated like a human being.

Singapore Airlines is still the best for my international needs. Within the US, I try to go with JetBlue. At least there's satellite TV.
