In regard to the Browning High Power 9mm, my grandfather shot the officer that was carrying it in WWII. It is definetely something I will hang onto for the rest of my life. I only shoot it once or twice every few years.
And yes, the Glock will be my issued gun once I am sworn in by the Sheriff's department.
Dont worry, I am not a Nazi!

Also, Young R is right.
Only Special Forces use .45 caliber round as of right now.

True the .40 SW is a high pressure round, but there is no danger in reloading them as long as your are doing it properly (i.e. using the apporiate powder, accurate number of grains, proper bullet weight, rechecking the powder dipersal every 20 rounds, etc.). My dad and I have reloaded over 2000 rounds in .40 SW and put them through my Walther P99 with NO PROBLEMS.
Even wonder why a Glock will feed anything? That's why.
I've seen a .40SW barrel put in a 9mm Glock slide and cycle 9mm Ammo without a mechanical issue, just massive flames from the ejection port and barrel.
.40SW is just pansy 10mm Anyway
