Well, heck - here are mine:
HK USP Tactical in .45ACP. It also has a thread protector (no suppressor - yet), and a HK UTL flashlight on the rail. With 12-round mags, of course. For the hizzle.
And here's my daily carry gun:
HK USP Compact, also in .45ACP.
Sadly, Uncle Sam took back my beloved M4 Carbine when I left Iraq. I had an EOTech on mine, though. Oh, and they took back my M9 (Beretta) pistol as well...

Damn, I hate I missed this one.
1911 Colt (a real Colt, not a knockoff)
Colt Woodsman
Glock 26
Marlin 39A
Lee-Enfield no. 1 mk.III .303
Mosin-nagant M44 Carbine, for when I'm feeling frisky shooting 25 year old Albanian 7.62 x54R.
Saving for a M1 Garand

You do know that .454 Casull is a cartridge and not a gun, right?
If you want really big iron, check the .500. S&W Model 500 is a good place to start.
