I think its funny... but I interpret it another way... I see MACHO SCOOTER! Its a 'tag' demonstrating power and territory! haha

I just figured "Nacho Scooter" was a reference to a bike/scooter made in Mexico. Kind of like a Japanese bike being called a "rice rocket."
