Hey guys, do you have to have the front license plate in the state
of TEXAS?

I hate it, and I want to get rid of it but then I don't want any tckets you know

 

I've been cited 3 times for the front plate (in Texas), but still won't put it on.

 

Daymn.... how much did each citation cost ya?

 

$75. I had the option to lie and say that I had put it on already and pay $1, but I have no interest in lying to a judge, or putting the plate on.

 

I've been pulled over 5 times so far with no tickets and no citationas for my lack of front-platage

 

Got a speeding ticket a few weeks back...didn't have the front plate on...he didn't say anything about it...

 

I didn't mention how many times I didn't get a ticket for it. I've been pulled over many times and not gotten a ticket for the plates.

 

I too have been pulled over many times. Passed by many cops. Still have only gotten one ticket for no front plate.

Ditch the front plate and add a little mystery and chance to your life!!

I've never have gotten a ticket for no front liscense plate(knock on wood). I havent had a front plate for 3 years.

 

yes, you are required by the state of texas to show front plates on your vehicles. yuck! my husband and i have 5 cars between us. none of them have front plates. we have yet to be pulled over by the fuzz for this. i've been pulled over for speeding and gotten cited for that, but not the front plate. knock on wood!
