E46 M3 lovers: What do you think of the MB C32 AMG?

Seems like it might give the M3 a run for it's money...
3.2L supercharged V-6, 349 HP, 332 lb-ft Torque, 4.9 seconds 0-60.
But 3540 lbs and fancy 5-sp auto only...
M3 is also a porky 3415 lbs with 333 HP and 262 lb-ft of torque.
Will it handle?

I was pretty unimpressed with the feel of the C-class in general after the MB Powertrip event. I think it's a poor baseline to build a sporty car upon, AMG definitely has their work cut out for them. I'm sure the engine will scream and be very torquey and smooth but the handling will probably be lackluster.
But hey, this from a person awaiting their SMG M3.
