I agree with you guys seems like in my area all the people that Zig Zag through traffic are the ones that feel like they need to prove something, I like to just cruise with the top down unless i am running late for work or school. I say it now that my car stock. Vortec should be installed pretty soon hopefully.

I follow speed limit as much as possible. I mean... I drive defensively and within reason.
Nothing worse than some 16 yr old kids in a sh1t-can '92 Civic pulling up next to me with his $100 exhaust buzzing away... giving me the "let's race" signal. I know, i know that was me 15 years ago but now I so much more to lose if busted for street racing/reckless.
I live right on the cusp of farmland and suburbs. When I want to really get on it I go west and let it all out. Even my wife doesn't mind the speed-racer in me out there

I follow my "personal speed limit", which is 10 over posted.
However, here in SoCal, that pretty much puts me in the flow of traffic with everyone else.
On the freeway, to be that guy that's weaving and passing everyone, you gotta be doing over 90 or 100 (unless it's rush hour, then you just gotta be doing over 5 ).
I personally like acceleration way better than top speed. I'll VTEC in 1st to redline at 37 in a 35 and then shift to 3rd and stay at 37. "I wasn't speeding officer, I just got up to speed really fast"
