Default Dirt Track experiences (CHARLIE ahah)?

Does anyone have any dirt track racing experiences? I know Charlie has season tickets to his local dustbowl (joking).

I was thinking this may be a fairly inexpensive and readily available way to get into some racing. There are 3-4 tracks within spitting distance of my house (i can spit about 60 miles), and they run every weekend.... what could be more fun than hanging out with some flannel wearing, snuff chewing, toothless kooks?

Basically sprint car racing is what I am talking about...ya know those goofy little cars with big spoilers and different sized tires on each side.

Scot,

When you make it to So Cal, we can hook you up with some shifter go-cart guys. You can get a little taste of go-karting at Dromo 1, but there are some serious shifter go-kart racers that belong to the S2K club, or are friends of the club.

Bob Olsen speed shop in Paulsboro, NJ. He's one of the best sportsmans, and modified in the area.
