Woah, Microsoft released a version of Linux, eh? Anybody know where I can download it? Or anybody want to hook me up with a copy?

 

The reason there are so mnay bugs and viruses for win2k is because there are so many people out there searching for ways to exploit them. The reason the other operating systems are more stable right now, is because no one uses them, thus no one cares to make viruses and exploit bugs. So yea, going to another OS will allow you to stay away from viruses written for 2k. But you won't be able to play halflife2 or doom3 anytime soon either!
