I didnt know smashing retards into lockers & breaking their noses was considered safe. Safe for the officer I guess 
Why wasnt this cop charged with assault? Beating up mentally challenged people is pretty low, even for a cop.

At least he did the decent thing and resigned.
You know we have to be careful we don't go too far with this stuff, and the police become afraid to take on the criminals for fear of retribution. I know that's not the case here, but highlighting every single mistake they make will NOT make them more effective police officers. Smashing a kids face in, is a far cry from shooting a homeowner 6 times in the back by mistake. I'm no fan of the popo, jus sayin...
