See, that's the problem for many, I think - they see it as so binding or so final that it scares them away, when in reality it should actually give more freedom in a relationship. I don't feel bound - I feel like I'm worth a lot more now...
Of course, whether or not I'd feel this if no societal constraints were applied is really a philisophical question - I don't know if I'd have an answer, since it's sort of like saying "Would you fall in love with a purple girl if that's what was considered appropriate?".... It's not the way it is so I can't really say. However, given my morals (which is the real issue here - not societal constraints), I would have to say that I can't see myself outside of a marriage, having such a relationship....
