No questions about that ... Honda NSX, decide after you've driven and kept it for awhile. It's Honda technology at it's very best. Please back off with the stats of both cars vs, that's not the point of the question here.

If you want to spend low $40's and have an unbeatable car, how 'bout a used '01 Z06?
Should be easily obtainable for that price, will have lots of remaining warranty, and will smoke any/all of the above...

If you want to go straight get the Viper. If you want a car that will allow you to drive it, get the NSX.
Drive both cars, and drive them both the way you think that you will drive them if you own them. I think you might find that the NSX is a bit more forgiving.
If you are buying a car so you can street race, don't.

Regarding the NSX, I had a chat with a fellow who owns a very clean one with about 106K miles and he claims you end up replacing the clutch every 30K miles (!) even if you baby it. So look at the clutch maint record.

Well, I don't like Corvettes because it's too big for me. I am about 5'7''.
I can't actually make up my mind.
With some extra money, I can modify my car and display my car at some motor shows. I already have a Veilside spoiler, exhaust, Intake, shiftlight RPM gauge, and so on. It's true that I can't drive Viper everysingle day.
I am going to CHicago to test drive another 93 NSX. Also, I will ask the dealer to race with me. If he beats my S2000, I will consider buying it. If 93 NSX is slower than S2000, well, I will still think about it cuz it looks nicer.
