Default Bogus ticket

Hey guys. I'm posting here cause I just got a bogus speeding ticket. I was coming home from work and cop pulled me over saying I was going 80 in a 45. He didn't get me with laser or anything he said he "paced" me. How do I fight this crap and win? What is my best source of action?

When he asked me do I know why I got pulled over I said "no" then I said, "maybe because I was accelerating up to the speed limit?" He then proceeded to write on the ticket saying "asked driver if he knew why I pulled him over. Driver stated, "maybe exhibition of speed."

If you guys can lend me any help I would greatly appreciate it. This bogus ticket sucks big time. Btw, I live in Ga.

Thanks,
-Alan

all of his equipment needs to be calibrated and the officer is required to have that documentation upon request, so you might get lucky.

Wow! Really? Where do you live??

Take it to court and plead 'not guilty'. They'll then offer you the option to pay a fine with a reduced charge. Simple. Oh, and slow down.
