Default Bastard flight training

This hasn't been mentioned but I know you all have heard it. Those bastards learned to fly HERE. So now we're training people so they can use those skills to kill us. This sickens me.

maybe we need to do background checks on trainees too. heck I'd rather spend the money hiring REAL security at the airports, not some numbnut making $9 and hour who doesnt even look at the security monitors

I don't know where you get your figures but when I lived in Denver they did a story on the security guards at the airport and the security guards were making LESS than the people who worked at McDonalds in the airport!!!

IMO, their learning to fly is the least of our concern.

Besides, despite what the media says it isn't very hard to fly a plane that is in the air. Especially modern jets.

Flying a plane stright and level is one thing - moving it several hundered miles off course is something completely different. I'm not a pilot, but I suspect it's actually quite difficult to know where you are at any given time and turn a plane so that it reaches a particular destination. That takes training.

Some of you are just going crazy.
We don't just train their pilots. We educate most of their intelligent minds. Are you going to stop that from happening too?
Look at yourselves! One terrorst attack and you have lost all your American values.

I disagree. I heard more than one expert and some of the trainers from the flight schools these guys attended in Florida say that flying a jet plane is much harder than flying a prop plane which indicates that there is a decent level of skill required. They went on to say that these guys had to make 90 degree turns into the buildings in NY which is not a novice maneuver in a jet plane. Either way, I'm just sick of the US being training grounds for idiots throughout the world and especially in this case where they used that knowledge against us.

It's not the first time and it won't be the last time.
Blaming flight training won't solve any problem.
