Damn it! My record has been clean for so long & in less than 2 weeks that I've had the car, I got a ing speeding ticket! And the worse part, it was 45 in a 30!! Ugh! Hope this isn't a bad start of something..... Let me know your stories!!!

Actually you're the first one. It's unbelievable I know, but until now the cops have treated us like royalty. Thanks for messing it up for the rest of us. just kidding. About 6 months after I got my car I got 2 speeding tickets within an hour. It sucked!!!

 

Never had a speeding ticket, but around here if it's your first time they will let you off easier (lesser penalty, no demerit points) so you usually have a little leeway first time around.. I don't have an S, but in whatever I drive, I usually try to obey the speed limit because I can't afford a speeding ticket, especially if it has an effect on insurance..

 

Guess you and I are the only knuckleheads up this late Evo!

 

i got pulled over yesterday, 75 in 60 but i suckered my way out of it and said i just got my car and didnt realize the speed. but my low cut shirt might have had something to do with it

Do you guys think that a red car will atract more tickets vs. other colors.

 

ya, any flashy colours will probably attract more attention than let's say a black or silver..

 

some gay cop pulled me over and a bunch of other guys at the Spugen BBQ, but he never showed up in court

 

2 tickets in 2 yrs...... not bad I guess considering the number of times I actually got pulled over.

God, I being female in those situations!!!

 

Note to self...have Lesley drive with me from now on...
