It's not like you're gonna get a new license and then all of this goes away. All it is going to do is add more suspicion to you. And then they'll wonder what else you're hiding from.

Maybe get a lawyer and see if they can knock some of it off. Either way, youre going to have to follow steps 1 and 2

After talking about option 3 with my dad, I'm pretty sure it's out the window, since Romania won't issue me one.

 

You're a target now regardless. When a cop runs your license plate, your previous moving violations will all come up (as long as you're the registered owner).

Just drive responsibly and you'll be ok. There's no other way out other than advanced driving school (if your state allows that as a way to reduce points).

 

You can go ahead and throw option 1 and 2 out the window too, because while they may issue you one, it isn't going to clear your record.
