You're a target now regardless. When a cop runs your license plate, your previous moving violations will all come up (as long as you're the registered owner).

Just drive responsibly and you'll be ok. There's no other way out other than advanced driving school (if your state allows that as a way to reduce points).

You can go ahead and throw option 1 and 2 out the window too, because while they may issue you one, it isn't going to clear your record.
