Yeah, that troubles me too, but I guess it does no harm in the end. I just read "Letter to a Christian nation", so you can guess how I feel about imaginary friends in general.

what about parents that tell their kids, "if you don't behave, santa won't bring you any presents this year"?? that can't be considered omission of truth.
