Does anyone have the new E46 M3? What do you like/dislike about it?

I'm slated to order mine within 2-3 months - here are the options that I'm thinkin:

2002 BMW M3 - $45,400
Destination charge - $645
Exterior:
Alpine white - $0
Interior:
Black Nappa Leather - price included in Luxury Package
Options:
SMG II (~$2,000 - $3,500)
Delete rear spoiler (ugly!)
Luxury Package - $3,100
Xenon low-beam headlights - $500
In-dash CD player - $200 (this option might be standard for 2002)
Harman Kardon premium sound system - $675 (this option might be standard for 2002)

i have only seen 1 M3 on the road in my area. It was silver and looked pretty nice. I took the Laguna Seca Demo out for about 4-5 miles, but the sales guy was with me...so no real driving allowed.

It seems like most M3's are optioned over $50k, which is a beat steep. There is an awesome pic of a lightweight M3 in Autoweek this week, but they don't plan to make it. 400+ lbs lighter than stock!
