he will just have to wait for the title. you mail them the check and they mail you the title. luckily the guy i bought it from had his mom pay honda financial. then when he got the title, i picked up the car and paid him.

since you live in NYS, you should already have the title. Once you pay honda, you can have them fax you a lien release, and expect one in the mail in 3-5 days.

you have 50 million people on here to vouch for you to the buyer that you're not going anywhere. honestly, you should send in your balance to get it to the 10500. one less headache.

i do have the title but it has a lien on it until it is paid off.

its really easy....like evryone says...makes sure that whoever is buying it gives you a bank check..and make sure is cleared by the time you guys go to your bank....the bank will do a letter there and the person can go to the dmv 5 min later...unless all those things are cleared then that is when you have problems....now get me pics
