I think we talked about that once before and I suggested because everything is going LED and digital frame capture rates of cameras are so fast now that sometimes the image is caught with the lights "on" and sometimes "off." I am pretty sure I have seen them blinking on 911's at the track with my naked eye, under heavy braking only.

Yes I remember that. I've seen them on 911's too in big braking zones.

^ I test drove a TR trim of the WRX when I lived in Atlanta. Loved driving it. STi must be total nuts compared to that.

Something to watch on the weekend in addition to the F1 race in Brazil. Trans-Am race from 1988

^ LRP looked so different then and not as many barriers. I think this was the time when the track was rough and bumpy. An old time member on here once told me in conversation that your eyes would rattle in your sockets as you drove around LRP. Check to see Paul Newman's progress in the race.

Fun part of the day - changing the oil on the S2 and then taking it for a random longish drive on the pretext of dropping off oil for recycling and checking tire pressures.

Sad part of the day - Raking leaves and other random yard work. More to do tomorrow.

Hope everyone enjoyed their Saturday.

Productive Saturday here. Put snow tires on the TSX and Civic. Washed and put away the 8 summer tires and wheels. Final trimming around the yard with the weedeater. Cut the lawn...twice...all 2.75 acres. Once to mulch leaves. Once to cut grass. Moved the remnants of a cherry tree that was recently cut down. Seasoning it for next winter.
