Did a quick search.
I'm not the first.
Mine looks like Chugs here, but I removed my pedal assembly to set it up and drill it. He left filings all over the place it looks like.

^ definitely a good mod JB

In other news, Scion will be announcing a new model soon. The Toyota Auris (not to be confused with the Yaris) will be debuting on our shores as the Scion iM.

IM is so yesterday. Snapchat, Instagram and Hashtags are where things are at

It's PERFECT for me and works awesome for project #fatfoot

This peddle is just what I need I think. I grew up actually matching revs using the top or side of my foot to work the gas. Especially in the S I can't my foot around to do it the proper way. Do you have to drill the peddle or can you duck tape it?

HA!rry

You have to drill it
I tried to do it right and removed the throttle cable inside the cabin and removed the pedal assembly. When I went to put it back together, there was NO WAY I could reconnect the cable housing to the pedal assembly. Hurt my neck craning up in there too.
Just went into the eng compartment, disconnected the throttle cable and it was cake to install to the pedal and feed back in. Seconds!
Neck pain...STRONG Meds...I actually saw the CareBears in my living room last night

I did the pedal ext a few years ago too but I used the Sparco ones shown here in Rob Robs track build thread.

Scroll down a little for pic
They do not look quite as nice as the Sullivan ones but I have been very happy. Only used gas pedal and yes had to drill it and fiddle with where I wanted it a few times.
