Yet ANOTHER UPSTATE chat thread!

Doing track days of late, I totally miss not having any torque. Plenty of people driving some real high HP cars. Sucks to do all the hard work on the corners only to watch them pull away like you are sitting still. Still love the Honda's. Giant killers in the right circumstances. I really need to go the direction of club racing so I run in a group that is more or less equal.
Not the Camaro or the Challenger, but someday a Mustang or C5 Z06 may find space in my garage. Mustang trims would be Bullitt or BOSS 302. C5 Z06 would be for autocross.

Started to get a handle on how to drive my old 911 at speed, but with 207hp I was becoming a speed bump for the Checkbook Schumi's.
I've heard that some Orgs are addressing this by dividing run groups etc.
An AP1 or to some extent AP2s are falling back towards my 911. Good news is that a low powered car forces you to develop old style, pure driving skills. ( like when we could leave our homes in the snow without 4wd and live to tell about it)

For $12,000 you can take over the lease for this BRZ
Per the owner:
I am looking for someone who can give me $12,000 upfront, and who would be interested in walking into Subaru with me to take over my lease. Once there, anyone at their service department would be more than happy to tell you that this car is in immaculate condition, has been maliciously serviced, at Subaru, (For Free) , and is still in fact under the original warranty.

^ he basically wants to cash out on this car so he can buy something else. As he said he traded in his 2004 Audi TT for this car. He got suckered into a bad financial deal if he is indeed telling the truth.
