I had a Camaro once. Discovered imported two seater sports cars shortly after that! Do miss the torque, but that is about it.

Doing track days of late, I totally miss not having any torque. Plenty of people driving some real high HP cars. Sucks to do all the hard work on the corners only to watch them pull away like you are sitting still. Still love the Honda's. Giant killers in the right circumstances. I really need to go the direction of club racing so I run in a group that is more or less equal.

Not the Camaro or the Challenger, but someday a Mustang or C5 Z06 may find space in my garage. Mustang trims would be Bullitt or BOSS 302. C5 Z06 would be for autocross.

its actually john droescher's old supercharger. i hope to get it installed this summer and get new rubber for the new wheels (again john's old ones) and take it to get retuned next summer after i can get her back on the road. Wedding savings come first though.

There was an instructor brake failure at the Glen when i was there last. Stainless line failed, so remember if they are 4-5 years old they are ready for a change out. He lost them going in to the toe. As part of your prep check them regularly!

That was top notch of him to give the parts to a member in the coomunity when he moved on. Knowing him though, I'm not surprised. One of the good ones for sure, albeit with a short fuse
