Smart phone or tablet device should help. I use my phone as S2KI is blocked where I currently work and all internet activity is monitored.

EDIT: but then there is the added cost. If you haven't had a need for one so far, maybe you don't need one.

I used to have one of those. It was the first phone I had that came equipped with a browser and they gave me a months trial of data free. I'd just moved to Albany, living in a motel and a laptop was on order. I tried browsing the internet using the phone and gave up. I guess no one really engineered web content back in the day to fit into a postage stamp sized screen.
