Progress is terrible. Or is it really progress? Alfa needs to be lobbied to import those types of sports cars to the states again. I'd even give up my S for one. Make mine an 8C, Zagato bodied, around 1932 to 34. Sure having the accelerator in the center would take some getting used

^ I'd love to own an Alfa or I think I love the idea of owning any Alfa.
The S2000 is really special though. There was a magic that I felt the first time I drove it. I bet that was the same feeling you guys had when you drove the sports cars of your youth.
And I'm officially old. I watched that Meme through time video cone mark posted on the Listening To Thread. And while I listened to the Beatles it was Freddie Mercury to Nirvana I most identified with. Music died the day Kurt died for me. Other than one or two chart toppers I've not listened to the ones that came after.

The side and especially rear view of that Civic Type R looks great. Did I just say that a Honda looks great? I thought they forgot how to design good looking cars.
Then I got to the front of it

^ I agree with that. When I am a pedestrian I try to cross the street as soon as I can so I don't hold up a car that is waiting. But I see people waddling across like ducks. It's for traffic people. Them yielding to you is them being courteous. Don't be an idiot and take all the time in the world to slowly cross. It isn't a park and you risk being hit by a 3000lb block of metal.

^ makes me wonder how much more did an ITR cost over a base Integra back in the day? I'm thinking pricing will be similar. Also considering the engines will be made in Ohio and they have facilities for building the civic in canada, perhaps it could be somewhat competitive in price. But yeah price would be a big factor.
