I think the Audi S3 would be on the shortlist of cars we would look at if we had to replace the wife's car.
Not sure if I would want to deal with an Audi outside of warranty though. Seems like everyone I've known to own an Audi talks about how they turn into horrible money pits after about 4 years or so.

If they had the kind of reliability we associate with Japanese cars I think a lot more people would drive European cars including me.

If I were making such lists I think the S2000 would feature in every one of them. There is a lot I am thankful for that has come thanks to the car and the good intentions of the people that built it. What a great group of people it has brought together.
