I do all the renewals online and have never had an issue. I even let the trailers expire at the end of the year and renew in the spring without any hassle. (Saves a couple of dollars over the few months that they aren't registered.)

^ I'm sure it's a glitch in one of their systems. I can only hope they've realized it. They probably have considering they don't have anyone answering the phone for registration renewals.

Got someone on the line after waiting for 20 minutes. Not a bad wait. They say they have no record of an update. So it looks like the place I got the inspection at may have had a glitch when it came time to update. I'll have to find and fax them the receipt from the inspection.

They won't accept a photo of the sticker with the VIN tag in the background?

^ They said if I did not have the receipt to go to the inspection station and get another and fax it to their number. Who even uses fax in this day and age? So much for the DMV claims of modernization. Their service is still stuck in the stone ages. Its a wonder they even upgraded their mainframe system so that they could spell out my full name and not just my last name and initials.

Meet the 2016 Audi R8 - Its an evolution of the previous version looks-wise IMHO and weighs as much as a Subaru WRX

It's also up to 110 pounds lighter than its predecessor, tipping the scales at a svelte 3,205 pounds in V10 Plus form. Weight savings come from a new Audi Space Frame comprised of aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced plastics. The rear wall, central tunnel, sideblades and B-pillar are all made of CFRP. The body shell alone is 15 percent lighter than before, and the car overall has 40 percent better torsional rigidity.

I think if you want a Colorado in 4wd then it's auto only.

Try asking the inspection station to do the fax/communication with DMV. It is their responsibility
The lack of modernization in government only gets worse as you filter down to the local level. Especially in the poorer rural areas.
