Unless of course you have established special pricing and discounts with your dealer

I hope I never need anything done on my car, at least until I hit the extended warranty period. There is no way in Hell I would goto my closest dealer. Anyone else is going to be 20-40 miles away.

Doug your blessed, as most of us do not have dealerships near us only stealerships
I buy the filters by the case because of the CRX-Si. Years ago the CRX-Si OEM filter was that same big size as used on the S2000, then Honda updated filters and went with the newer small diameter ones. The parts book says the CRX-Si should now get one of the new dinky sized filters, I say no way, so I buy the S2000 filters and use them on both cars, and what's nice, the super quality filter socket I bought like 20-years ago fits perfectly.

My Honda dealer is 32-miles away, and yet I have one 5-miles away and another 16-miles away, but the trip out to Ontario Honda is worth every minute of my time.
So Ellen, you are planning to do all the maintanence yourself or at you place of employment, because doing nothing to your car for many, many years is not a good thing at all.
