^ whats wrong with the Saturn? Drive safe Gilly

Besides you guys have better weather than us.
got the saturn fixed (again) and something went wrong... when i got home the plug bay that had been filled with oil the first time, which had gotten better but still had SOME oil in it the second time, was 100% WORSE than the FIRST time. On top of that, the amazing OE valve cover gasket decided it didn't want to hold in any oil.. and it looked like an oil bomb went off on the right side of my engine.

I dropped off the car last night... currently driving the S... *with the top down*. They will fix it for free i hope... if not, they will not see the $1000-1500 of business from my S that i was going to give them to get all of my stuff installed/fixed.

its okay Ellen.... its an excuse to drive the S right?

oh how i've missed it... although it saw some snow flurries last night going to Wegmans... and the snow tonight will make me cringe... the S will be in for a VERY VERY detailed cleaning detail (hehe i said detailed twice with two different meanings in one sentence!... could have said detailed detail detail... still kind of makes sense!) come March.

Mine's going in, so to speak. Someone backed into it while it was in for a NYS inspection. At least they stopped, waited for me, apologized and have arranged to have it repaired. As long as it's going in I'm having some areas touched up. I guess that's a silver lining of sorts.

I'm on the opposite side of the fence...
I have to do an oil change on the VFR, I just ran out of time in the fall, and I want to do that before I start it up
My weekend of course is only 1-day long, and I have to concentrate on my hops
The plants are going to come up soon, and all my trellises have issues
The yellow rope, plastic like material, has proven to be crap, I think the sun / UV breaks it down, it cannot last a full sunny hot season
I think I'm going to try a white braided nylon rope this time
I have to design a new system to hold the bottom of the rope taught too, the stakes hammered in the ground is not working, I can't keep them tight in my sandy soil and hammering them in deeper feels like I'm cutting through the root mass I'm trying to grow
I figure a drive over to Hollink in the S is in order, killing two birds with the one stone

I'm going to be VERY INTERESTED in how this works out
All I ever hear is how poorly the body shop was when it came to matching Spa

Sorry to hear it Skip. Paint matching has come a long way. I've been impressed the last few times I've needed paint work done.
