i vote for these being a requirement for the village:

Several lakes nearby, will consider. By the time you're ready to settle down in Whistledick acres, the rest of us might be too old to enjoy that toy...

age is how you feel on the inside.... i'll make sure you still want to enjoy that toy when i get there haha

We need to keep the idea of an upstate owners village alive. This has the potential for being something very special, and life is short. I believe the biggest obstacle to this proposed community will be having the wives buying into the concept. Cone Mark is on the mark (no pun intended) when he suggested a pool/spa/ whatever center to keep the spouses happy. We could do this; think about it...

Home owner's fees are inversely proportional to your age.

Saws and pumps remained in the scabbards.
Hogan had some problems at work with some trees and flooding, but nothing he can't handle.
Some widowmaker branches fell that had been lodged up high for some time, some new widowmakers formed.

Cars remain in stasis. I don't see them going out again.

I was picking on you for pickling them early, but I think I may store mine this weekend. The VFR will stay out though. It is easier to put the bike away last minute.

You are a wise man, Mark. perhaps a position in fund raising, finance, and PR would be a good fit for you, when this thing comes together. Of course, you'd still be in charge of all things autocross. I think that there's enough talent in this community that everyone has something to bring to the table. I love it
