I like all the attention I get from the S I'm pretty sure the boys yesterday were oggling my car

The guy in the nice red CRX did wave to me though. Did not look all that molested other than it had a black hood which may have been CF?

Thanks for the correction Jeremy

I assume if it was anyone on s2ki they would have been at our meet.

Geeze, we saw (and talked to) another owner at the DD meetup spot last year. No interest at all in meeting other owners or doing a group drive

Even after I made Jeremy's hot sister come talk to him with me

Some people just "don't get it"

I was on 209 north today (heading towards Ellenville) then decided I wanted to goto Monticello instead (had not been there yet). I punch into GPS show me some back roads there and I turn off onto this little podonk road out in the boonies and right away I see an S2000! There were 7 or 8 cars in the yard including two Accords so I figure WTF, all they can do is laugh at me

I stopped, tooted my horn and got out of the car, and checked out the other S. It had a plastic rear window so I know it's old (turned out to be an original 2000). A few scrapes on it but otherwise in decent shape.

A young guy comes out a few minutes later and we chatted for a bit. His name is Robbie (sp?) he had not heard of S2Ki so I tried to impart how much more fun group drives are vs doing stuff alone. Plus he is looking to buy a used convertible top (newer) with glass window as his plastic one is cracked. His dad bought the car, drove it for a year then gave it to the guy. Must be nice!!

Hopefully he signs up here and says Hi. If not, I know where he lives

Drove thru Monticello - no signs "this way to track" so I just cruised thru on 42 and kept heading south. Found a road that would be super cool if they kept it up and it was a TAD wider... I drove about 4 miles w/o seeing a house, car, or anything except trees.

Just got back from Raleigh NC Sunday nite. Gorgeous weather down there, 65 to 75 degrees. Anyway met ledzeprlz2 (John) and his wife. They have a 2000 silver with over 100,000 miles. Invited them to stay if they ever get up this way. Saw a yellow S2000 towing a trailer with a cable reel? I think on I81 just above Carlisle PA headed south about 2PM followed a few minutes later by a red one. Saw quite a few C6 corvettes going south too, anything happening in Carlisle Sunday? Then the highlight of the day, passed a Lamborgini Gallardo near Harrisburg. He stomped it on the on ramp then slowed right down and got off at the next exit. Sounded really really good. Took the Blue Ridge Parkway part way back and saw a beautiful red one. Picture included.

A couple days ago I spotted a rare GP White S2k going down just past Rt 50 in Glenville. It was lowered and I believe white wheels and the ASM bumper on it. It looked good from what I could tell. Maybe I'll run into that person again.

Last night there was a "06" Red "S" at the Blu Stone Bistro in Colonie. I spoke with the owner and he seemed interested in meeting other owners, so today I emailed him the link to our Upstate Forum.
