Saw a top-down NFR coming out of the traffic circle on Audubon with the front plate off to the side. I was in a company vehicle or I would have waved.

Top down AP1 NFR this afternoon heading east on Brunswick Road Rt. 2 in Troy. Tried catching up but a truck got between us.
