I think the only change I'll be making to my normal routine which is Staybil, is making sure I fill the tank with non-ethanol gas before I add and run the Staybil, but I'm hoping this task IS A LONG WAYS AWAY!

I have also discovered 1 missing tail light screw, as well as a missing rubber bushing that helps to support the tail light, so I will be at Hollink on Saturday morning to order a few parts.

The only thing I find odd, the new R&R picture does not show a big rubber boot, the OEM R&R includes this big rubber boot that slips over the 2 big plug connections for water protection. I guess if the new R&R does not come with this I will cut it off, apply it to the new R&R connectors and hope that electrical tape will hold it together where I have to cut it apart.

Changed my mind, just going to go to Lowes tonight
I'm hoping I can find the couple of bolts and the grommet I need in the odd-n-ends hardware drawers
I'm also going to see when they might have in shrinking electrical tubing, maybe I can use that to repair the R&R Boot after I cut it off the old R&R
And I have to look into a rear reflector of some kind, I suspect it was located where the CB Antenna mount was, and now that the mount is gone, so is the reflector tape I added to it, so as it is the bike has no rear reflector

Something like this in a rectangular shape would be awesome, maybe I'll swing through Harbor Freight tonight after Lowes

Rode mine Saturday, for the first time in a week. Went all the way to Hollink and back! Had to get it inspected.

The race car has been having charging issues...you guessed it, needed an R/R.

Dang! Mr. good Deals has competition! A Pit Bull rear stand showed up in the VFR classifieds, $75 shipped. ($150 plus shipping new.) I spotted it within an hour of the posting and sent the seller a PM. Someone beat me to it.

Ok.
Many sport riders would shed the weight and reduced cornering that the stand impinges on.
Cone must be going nuts... Elbows II.
