For me, personally, it's all about simplicity, there is just too much going on with the NC, it's like each piece is a different color, overly complex
There is something so powerful about simplicity, the older nighthawks created that simplicity with the color black, the VFR creates it with a big section of bodywork all in one color

I think we can agree on that. This is what I always thought would be my first motorcycle. I was floored the very first time I set eyes on it. Still makes me want one.

I prefer the black wheels and the bigger rear fairing that covers more stuff up and simplifies the look
But, we are splitting hairs here, both are a gazillion times better than the NC...
