I LOVE TOTAL CYCLE!!!
Last week Mark and I got the tires back on the VFR
Friday I had off and it was a damp rainy day and I had no desire to take the bike out
It needed to get over to Total Cycle so the inspection could get done, so I could ride on Monday, my B-day, predicted good weather...
Saturday morning I watched F1 Quali and kept checking the roads, it kept getting brighter and the roads were drying up
I figured as soon as quali is over I'll ride right over and get the VFR inspected
Sooooooo, I pull into the shop and the owner's Harley is running, parked just outside the gate, and he is standing there locking the gate
I pull in and say in an amazed voice, you are closing??? It's only quarter after ten!!!
Mike the owner says I'm not open, I'm just here to get my bike, it rained yesterday and I took the truck home.
Well I read him the sob story, only got 37-miles on the bike, this is only my 2nd ride, it has to get inspected
If you can't do it then I won't be able to ride today, or worse, on Monday, my birthday
Add sad, dejected, about to cry eyes...
Mike says, oh what the f', I can't leave a fellow biker like that, I'll open up and do you inspection
He did, bike passed as I knew it would, and he really inspected it, I was impressed, he did not just blow through it
The inspection was $6.00, I gave him a $20 and said keep the change, thanks man!
I got 159 miles in on Saturday
I got 164 miles in on Monday
So far this year I have done 375 miles
I LOVE TOTAL CYCLE!!!

I wouldn't call it a bargain, but it is new, and right in your back yard. I think I paid $50 for mine. Mine had never been used, but was older.
