As some may remember, I sold my 83 Interceptor to someone I knew from work when I bought my S. I had turned it from a great ride to a "barn find" over the years. Well it is running good and back on the road. I could only be happier if I still owned it. This is a picture of the new owner's son who also rides it. So good to see it is back in action.

Harry

Nice looking bike. Wish I had met you a little sooner. Maybe I could have snatched it!

Has to be a scam
A little research tells me this is worth at least double the asking price. I told my wife, "if I were single, I'd be on my way to Amherst tonight." I think it would look great in my living room.

Exactly. Can't be new... Titled... in box... etc. Looks like it's out of the box. Why would it be titled? Came with MSO. To get it titled, they'd have to show the MSO and NYSI to the DMV to get it titled.
Somethings fishy... and it's too cheap.
I'm not even going to write as if it's too good to be true, it must be a scam.

Dec / 80: Met up with a bunch of Suzuki guys at a dealer show in LA. Had a great time, and went to the nightclubs with a girlfriend of McWheels who went to HS with me. Ran into a number of motorcycle champions and had them sign some swag I had.
Signatures are:

Wes Cooley - Superbike Champ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wes_Cooley_(motorcyclist)
Terry Vance - Dragbike Champ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terry_vance
Mark Barnett - 125 MX Champ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Barnett
Kent Howerton - 250 MX Champ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kent_Howerton

I just found this in my basement yesterday in the cleanup and put it in a frame tonight to give to my son who is a bike nut for his birthday next week.

^^^Nice!

Wish I had somebody to pass my autographed Colin Edwards hat on to. Don't think my nephew would appreciate it.

I also won a golf tounament back in the 80's - early 90"s sponsored by Geoff Bodine.
He had won the Daytona 500 and was raising money for USA bobsled.
I have a signed golf bag, hats, pictures, newspaper clippings including pics of him with me with my trophy sitting in his NASCAR ford.
Nobody even knows who he is...

I do.

I had a photo of Don Gartlets that he signed for me at the Rochester Auto Show back in the early 70s and a poster signed for me at the Sydney, Australia Auto Show by the Bathurst 1000 winner. Sadly, I've lost track of them.
