This thread and forum is in danger of turning into a monologue, where I speak only for the purpose of keeping myself entertained
Where is everyone? Its not yet Friday afternoon. Surely not all are day dreaming about their plans for tomorrow

It looks like I may have to do this.

Clutch is fine when I start the car, but an hour into the drive or so the pedal gets squeaky and rough. Anyone have experience with this DIY and have any suggestions for me. Thinking I'll do this before Knapp.

I'm lurking.
To respond to an earlier post, I don't think I can do the MOHUD SCCA event at Lime Rock in the S because of the roll bar issue; and I don't think they will want me in the MGA when my max speed is about 87 mph. But I do plan to do the CART Lime Rock event in Sept. - have to check the date though.
The reason CART cancelled Pocono was because of safety concerns. Pocono apparently made some safety improvements for NASCAR. But they must have been poorly planned! First, they ran a guardrail across the entrance to the infield road on Pocono South (resulting in the cancellation of that event). Second they ran a concrete pad to support tremporary barriers across the infield entrance on Pocono North. Apparently the guys at CART have been concerned abouth the safety of this "pad" and have been watching video of other clubs throughout the summer. In the end, they seem to have decided that the pad had settled, that cars were scraping bottom to get over and that the potential for loss of control due to disrupted balance was too great. So the event got cancelled.
