Quote from Doug from the previous chat thread regarding NHMS:
I'm proud to say, I was at your home track for the inaugural race, an Indy/Cart whatever they called it back then
That was a road trip in my '87 CRX-Si
End of quote
My uncle had season tickets for the IndyCar race before they split into 2 leagues, after that he dumped them.

I hate when things get all fractured, I would love to see Grand Am, ALMS, Petite LeMans and Lemans to all be one big happy group of awesome racing, but noooooooo, it has to get all fractured up, seems a shame they can't learn from the IndyCar/Cart saga...
Man that was a long time ago.

1- don't go to college, move out of the house, get a job and support myself 100%
2- go to RIT, they would pay for room and board, tuition was free, I could come back and live there during the summer without it costing anything
3- go to another college, pay for everything with jobs and loans, I could come back and live there during the summer without it costing anything
I choose #2
I stayed in the dorms until I was 20, never bought my house till I was 43, and the mariage years don't count, there were about 5 of them...

Someday though, I'm sure they are going to drop it
When that does happen I hope you are at the wear point where all 4 have to be replaced
The S02 always wore the same for me, 1-2 seasons on the rears 2-3 seasons on the fronts

Lived with my parents until I was 26, then bought the house I'm living in today.
No apartments for me and not planning on ever moving again.

Got new rear OEM SO2's put on S today.
Stayed with the SO2's as fronts only have about 8k miles and don't need replacing.

I figure I'll be switching to something differant in about 10k more miles. (The SO2 probably won't be available then).
