You're not alone in that I'm always careful with door shutting too. When I get home from a drive and put the top up, I often have to open and shut the door a 2nd time because my first gentle push did not do the job like it does with top down

Busy day. Nearly done getting the house "in proper order" and actually did several hours of work today. More of the same tomorrow.
My next "big purchase" is going to be a hose caddy to keep my 50 footer organized in between car washes

I did see the D&D in Geneva and it's a pretty long drive, but I haven't done a single drive with anybody else this season. We haven't even gone up to Ithaca more than once or twice, so I'm considering making the long drive just socialize with other S people.
Is there a projected Date for the next Geneva D&D, I wouldn't mind leaving work early for this, even if drove the Si?
Just this week I finally caught up with Carol and settled with her on the Stone Bridge t-shirts I ordered. They are great by the way. Thanks for making the shirts happen.

Years ago we had board meetings at a house that had a huge Porsche rear wheel bolted to the house, and the garden hose was wrapped around, I always loved it

That really is a good idea that shows how much of a car person you really are. My wheel would of course have to be a Honda/Acura OEM wheel.

It was awesome, it spoke, no pun intended car very clearly, worked perfect, looked totally cool, and was funny as hell
Do you know how many exotic cars are crashed and there is like one perfect wheel left over...

AND FOR THE RECORD
I have this to say to those who have teased me as the old dog who cannot learn new tricks
If it were not for Droid and Garmin we would have been screwed last night
Droid maps located me and told me what bars were close
I noticed O'Leary's my 1st choice, and called them based upon the Droid link
As I was on the phone with them I was able to enter the address into Garmin
As soon as Marc showed up we were out of there, Alex's ain't ever getting me to try them again, too small of a place that fills up too quickly
I navigated us all right over to O'leary's, found great parking, and it all worked out, no fuss, no muss, no drama
So there
Old dogs do learn new tricks
