Bottom line, good or bad, it is the best "3" door out there, IF THE TURBO becomes more than speculation.
If all we get is what we got now, I will not be an owner.
Me want HOT or won't buy basically.
Battery needs charge...
Drinking local brew - Sweetwater 420
Might go to Taco Mac after work tomorrow

And when you are done, rinse it good, speed up the gear ratio and you have an industrial mudslide maker!

Y'know, while eating dinner last night, the best thing on tv was Motortrend (gag), but I watched it anyway.

They were reviewing the 2012 Buick Regal GS. I instantly thought "Ho-hum, who cares?"

They got my attention when they noted it came with a 290HP turbo 4, and a 6-speed was standard. Lots of nice standard features, decent looking interior and exterior. I was starting to think that this thing would be a nice competitor to the Sonata. I was really digging the thing.

Then at the end they announced the pricing. $35k. I instantly lost all interest.

GM must be on crack. $35k for a Buick? I could get a comparable Sonata for $10k less. $35k puts it in 3-series, TSX, IS350, G37 territory. Would you spend $35k on a Buick?

Hard off the line, front tires spinning, the front end will wash right out to one side.
Honetly, it's part of the fun, it's a characteristic to me, not a flaw, it promotes two hands on the wheel.
Hard off the line and RWD cars will wash one way or the other if the pavement is not perfect.
I'm not trying to defend it, if it is a so called flaw, I'm just saying it is not an issue for me, it's sort of what I'm used to.

My guess is I've been spoilt by the standard Limited Slip Differential. Very effective in keeping traction. I do remember my Accord though.
