Can't believe it is October already. Sarah and I are going to step up car shopping for her soon. Her car never did well in the winter in the first place, but I was looking at her front tires yesterday and they are down to the wear bars.

I really need to get off my butt and start planning a Southern Tier drive one of these days.
Not gonna be this weekend though. Yet another wedding to go to. I seem to have hit that point in my life where every one of my friends are dropping like flies and getting married.

Honestly, from what I read on that review of the Impreza, it sounds like Subaru improved the car in most aspects.
The base model Impreza should appeal to the non-enthusiast, where they probably don't care about a loss in power - more the gain in cargo room and fuel economy. The WRX and STI are for the enthusiasts.
Certainly does look better than the model it replaced...but that ain't saying much.
