Got a call from my folks last night.
Apparently they are looking at buying a leftover 2011 BMW Z4.
My reaction?
The new Z4 is certainly looking better than the old one, but it still is butt ugly.

Is the new Z4 a 2011 model? I like the new Z4. Will this replace the SLK or will it be a new addition to the stable? I think they should go for it. Don't see too many other roadsters out there in that class. The XK-R is bigger and then again may be more unreliable than the BMW.

The would be selling the SLK to get this.
Worst part? It is a slushbox.
I think my folks are getting senile.
I told them they should look for an NSX-T instead

Refrained from doing so. Besides, they really only want new cars anyway. Vehicles I suggested if they were serious about getting another roadster:
Boxster (#1 choice IMHO)
