Just received a Facebook Update from SCDA for their Lime Rock Park event. It contained a pic of an instructor who came along in a CR-Z 
Wish I was there to see how it performed.

Got back from the North Country. I can't believe how high Lake Champlain is. It has to be 6 to 8 feet above normal, and I think it was even higher a few weeks ago. The boat launch was completely innumdated. No way to launch the boat without fear of losing the car.
I think the bad economy has finally hit Essex. It looks like a ghost town almost. The sewer construction doesn't help.
Lincoln Pond is also very high, maybe 8" above normal. People have been watching the dam, but it looks like it will hold. Had heavy rain showers and thunderstorms Saturday and Sunday.

We need more drives. Anyone got any planned or thinking about one 
If YES, please send Doug an E-mail so he can add it in the 2011 Calendar of Events thread.
As things stand the only drive on the horizon is the July 30th Solidarity Drive for Levi, following which there is Knapp.
If there is interest, I can plan a tri-state drive for mid-August and a Rensselaer-Columbia Fall drive in the first week of October. Will e-mail Doug for approval today once I have given the dates some thought.
Where is that Tadashi gone to now?

Love to see dates for Tri State and whatever else! I started my big project today! I will not be online much for the next month

Morning all
Much cooler day today and I am glad for it. Broke up the box the Hardtop came in last evening and put it out for recycling. Can't believe how intricately the box was put together. Packaging was top notch for sure. Kept one of the labels on the HT as a souvenir for a scrapbook. This label is in Japanese and displays my paint code (B-545P).
Would be the perfect day to go for a drive. Maybe if I get home soon enough and cut the grass, I can go out and have some fun
