Hope things work out for ya, after all the work you have done to date on that thing it would be nice just to drive it

Hope you figure it out Jake.

Like Doug says it would be nice to see that car up and running soon. Good luck.

I'm 99% sure it's the clutch. I go on vacation this weekend, i'll have the parts waiting when i get back and should have a new clutch in it given a few nights after work. So now i'm reading and looking at clutch setups and seeing what i should go with. Moddiction recommended the ACT HD pressure plate with the rest oem, Althought my thought is if already going with the HP pressure plate shouldn't i just go with a 6 disk clutch? I'm going to call up synapse and see what they put in their cars

Jake, shoot Billman250 a PM. He has changed more S2000 clutches than anyone on the face of this earth. He will have a great recommendation depending on your WHP goals from FI.

So you dont get hauled off to jail when caught driving at 128 MPH (in a 45 MPH zone) in a supercar provided by your sponsor

And did you put it in the dryer? On low I'm guessing?
NO !!!

Do not put the cover in the dryer, even on low
The cover is too big, even in a commercial dryer to move around
You get hot spots because the fabric is not moving, not allowed to move
Heat will do all sorts of damage, remove rain protection, shrinkage, and even melting
These comments are based upon real world experience
My CRX-Si cover is now a tad shorter than it used to be, it saddens me
My S2000 cover is my 2nd one, the 1st one is in a landfill somewhere

I use a leaf blower on the inside, blowing to the outside, to blow the dust out of it
I wash it, more like rinse it with cold water only, in a commercial machine, one of the huge capacity front loaders so the fabric can move around
Thanks for the heads-up Doug!

How about just lightly rinsing it off on the car and letting the sun dry it?

The side that touches the car really doesn't get dirty because it's always put on a totally clean car.
