That tire makes me drool
I need to keep saving for our Europe trip or I'd have four of these babies installed by now.
That's not the tire to drool over, this is

I'd be getting the RS-3 if I did not have this trip to the Dragon. The way I see it I need a tire with plenty of grip but also something that will take the abuse of driving across parts of the country. This tire is softer though and while grip may nor be on par with the RS-3 should be good enough for going on track later.

oh! and Gordy, these are the cheapest summer tires you can buy for the Si right now. Hankook is offering a $60 mail-in rebate on it as well. so the total cost works out to ~$360 inclusive of shipping.

I will be ordering from him for sure. He is not off by too much.
I think it's a great choice for the Si!
Thank you. I placed the order. Should have them sooner from Joe as he has them in stock currently. With Tire Rack I'd have to wait a while.

You got a lot done Levi. Cant believe how fast the grass is growing this season. Just cut it on Friday and it needs another round. Almost seems like the grass is on steroids

On the plus side, she is also my best customer and will be sending me a big fat check for all this next month

Also had a client meeting today - looks like potentially a $3-4,000 web site, probably paid over next 5 or 6 months. Have to submit a formal bid for approval but the in person meeting and bouncing idea off each other part went really well.
Thats awesome Ellen. They way I see it, more mod money for the cars

The ground is so wet from all the rain that when the sun does peak out the grass is growing like crazy. I had just done my mil 4 days ago and mine 3 days ago. I'm sure they'll both need a cutting by the weekend.

Looking to get Karla new summer tires for her Si soon. Looking for a good 18" tire that'll wear well, she doesn't track the car, and puts snows on for the winter.

Levi, I thought the alloy wheels on your Si are 17". The Hankook Ventus V12 EVO appears to be a good choice. Most of the people I know on 8thCivic either go for the expensive tires or get all-season crap.

I loved the RS-2 and would have got the RS-3's for sure, Just that expenses have been higher and the V12 EVO seemed like the perfect tire for the long road trip I'm thinking off.

You could also look at the Sumitomo HTR-Z III and the Dunlop Star Specs. Hankook though is the cheapest and the cheapest Hankook tire is the V12 EVO. it does not disappoint

Forget mods, I'm happy just to make my car payments This is a WEIRD month... had my first Fit payment about 10 days ago then this Thursday they are deducting my 1/2 month payment...

Then every 2 weeks they will deduct another 1/2 month payment... this is what is going to wack 6 months off my loan period and save me over $1,000 over the life of the loan.

Plus of course - the S payment... so that's 2.5 car payments this month

I had no idea American Honda was offering Mugen wheels for the FIT.

It's a $2479 option though for 16" wheels

Ha !

They do indeed look like that. Im just surprised they have so many Mugen accessories for the Fit, although most are just cosmetic bling
